Lead Developer

Are you looking to establish your career in the technology sector with an opportunity for growth? Social Mobile is seeking a Lead Developer to facilitate the buildout and growth of its MDM platform.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deploy a complete MDM System (front-end interface, back-end interface, and server platform)
  2. Establish and collaborate with 3rd party developers to integrate and test new technologies, designs, features, and solutions into platform
  3. Responsible for market trends and identifying industry opportunities
  4. Monitor and manage MDM system’s architecture and configuration to improve process automation, troubleshooting, and customer support
  5. Conduct client requirements and apply standards to all deployment efforts (examples are: device and user group administration, mass application deployment targeting, reporting, etc.)
  6. Ensure deadlines are met and within the scope of company’s requirements and budget to successfully launch platform
  7. Create solution documentations ranging from How-to Manuals to operational guidelines for users and customers
  8. Lead and contribute to company meetings/team members by proactively seeking clarification and feedback.

Skills

  1. 3+ years’ experience providing operational direction and support of software development for enterprise
  2. Broad infrastructure technology concepts around software, hardware, networking, applications, end user interfaces
  3. Excellent technical knowledge in the following areas but not limited to: Mobile Device Management, RDBMS, JavaScript, Web Application Framework, Web Development, Google Android, Windows, Project Management
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Ability to successfully manage under pressure and respond to critical or changing priorities throughout the day
  6. Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of professional experience
